Ingredients
* 1/2 cup flax seeds
* 1/2 cup chia seeds
* 2 cups warm water
* 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
* 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
* 1/2 cup sesame seeds
* 1/2 cup black seeds
* 1/2 cup of Celine’s Plain Zaatar
Instructions
Mix & Soak: Whisk all dry ingredients in a bowl. Pour in the water and stir. Let the mixture sit for 30 minutes until it thickens into a sticky, gel-like dough.
Spread Thinly: Transfer the dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Use a knife or pizza cutter to lightly "score" (line) the dough into squares so they break easily after baking.
Bake: Bake at 180°C for 30–45 minutes. They are done when the center is firm and the edges are golden brown.
Cool: Let them cool completely on the tray. This is the most important step for achieving maximum crunch.
