Ingredients
* 3 ripe bananas
* 2 large eggs
* Zest of 1 lemon
* 1 tbsp vanilla bean paste
* 1/4 cup maple syrup
* 1/4 cup melted butter
* 1/4 cup Celine’s Unsalted Peanut Butter
* 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
* 1/2 tsp baking soda
* 1/2 tsp kosher salt
* 1 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
Mash the bananas until smooth, then whisk in the eggs, lemon zest, vanilla bean paste, maple syrup, melted butter, and peanut butter. Add the cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt, and mix until well combined. Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into a lined baking pan and bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for about 25–30 minutes, or until set. Allow to cool before slicing. Enjoy!
